About
Located at Ocean Studios, Royal William Yard, this 2.5-hour workshop introduces you to screen printing. Led by Sue Lewry in her studio, you will discover the fundamentals of this technique and craft a mono-screen print to take home.
Sue provides all materials and imagery, plus a complimentary glass of Prosecco, IPA, or elderflower bubbly to keep your creative juices flowing. This is great for a date night or a creative night out with your mates!
What you'll do:
Under Sue's friendly and approachable guidance, the first part explores paper stencils and the second moves onto photographic stencils (Sue provides the imagery). Aimed at the beginner level, no prior skills are necessary—bring your curiosity, enthusiasm, and creativity! I'll send you an info sheet pre-workshop so you know what to expect.
What to bring:
Comfort is critical, so come dressed in your messy clothes and remember to wear comfortable footwear. Take in the atmosphere of Ocean Studios in the historic Royal William Yard, and include it as part of a night out with many places to eat and drink before and after the workshop.
Group size: Up to 6 people for a personalised experience. Group bookings are welcome.
Location: Studio 29 Ocean Studios, The Factory Cooperage, Royal William, Plymouth, PL1 3RP.
