How do you Care?

For Plymouth Art Weekender 2020 I was asked to co-design a workshop with the commissioned artist Harriet Rose Morley. My role was to be studio assistant and technical support. Due to quarantine restrictions Harriet was unable to come to Plymouth because she lives in the Netherlands, so the artist and educator Rachel Dobbs stepped in to take on Harriets role.

Harriet handed over the creative side of the workshop to me, and this is where we turned our participants thoughts about ‘what care means to them’ into low tech posters made from strips of paper inspired by Protest Press. They worked together to help each other and support each other during the making process with guidance from Rachel and I.
